I signori amministratori stiano però molto attenti nel formularla anche perché c'è un precedente. La gara della Metro D è stata sospesa dopo l'intervento dell’Autorità per la Vigilanza sui Contratti Pubblici di Lavori, Servizi e Forniture di luglio 2010, in cui manifestava la perplessità che si finanziassero i lavori in modalità analoga. L'Autorità ha sostenuto che “la valorizzazione immobiliare appare una misura estemporanea con tutte le incertezze del caso”, asserendo che in tale modalità il trasferimento dei rischi è tutto a sfavore della Amministrazione, cioè delle tasche di noi contribuenti. Aspettiamo dunque gli Stati Generali, sperando che non si trasformino (per Alemanno) in uno Stato d'Assedio.
